Pet Policy
At our community, we strive to maintain a welcoming and safe environment for all residents, including pets and animals. To ensure clarity and accountability, we require everyone to complete a third-party pet screening process. This process helps formalize our pet-related policies and ensures accurate records for better mutual understanding.

All tenants must register with our third-party pet screening service, PetScreening.com, regardless of whether they have a pet, an emotional support animal, or no pet at all. There is no cost for Verified Service and/or Emotional Support Animals or for tenants without pets.
Pet Profile
A Pet Profile is a simple and secure digital tool to manage all your pet's information in one place. It includes pet photos, vaccination records, microchip details, and behavioral traits, with a special section for assistance animals. You can easily share this information with your pet's service providers, such as veterinarians, groomers, pet sitters, and animal hospitals.
Application Process
Applicants are required to complete a pet screening for each pet or service/emotional support animal prior to final application approval. All pet profiles will be $25 per pet with credit card payment or $20 per pet with ACH paid directly to the third-party service. Verified service/support animal registration is free.
Pet Requirements
All pets must be properly licensed, have shots required by statute, and be spayed or neutered. Please be prepared to show documentation.
Monthly Risk Management Fee (Pet Rent)
A monthly risk management fee, or Pet Rent, is charged for each pet. The amount of the fee will vary depending on the results of the screening, called the FIDO score. See chart below for additional information:

For Verified Service and/or Emotional Support Animals, there are no additional fees.
Review and Approval Your Pet Profile will be automatically shared with us for review and approval by our on-site management team. Completion of the pet profile does not guarantee approval of your animal.
